With field service vehicles equipped
with WorkAlone GPS, after a selectable time period on site, a driver will be
called back to the vehicle by the horn, to warn that the timer is
about to expire. The timer can be
reset to start over, but if it is not reset, then messages will be
sent to other vehicles or a central office advising them that a team mate
needs help & the WorkAlone GPS then provides them the persons
location. Locations can be
transmitted either by conventional data radio or cellular telephone, or over
voice radio channels. There are
other variations of this application which we would be happy
to explore with you, such as dispatch, monitoring vehicle speed, vehicle
location & Marine SCADA.
This highly mobile SCADA system is
designed to add an extra layer of safety to insure that workers who could be
at risk of injury in remote areas, get that assistance quickly if
the need arises.
